Bromberg Todd has more than 25 years of experience litigating a wide range of business-related disputes on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. His areas of emphasis include disputes related to trade secrets and unfair competition, employment, and public accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as a wide range of government contracting issues. Todd works closely with the firm’s Government Contracts Practice in representing government contractors in all aspects of labor and employment compliance, enforcement, and investigations matters in response to internal complaints and in connection with governmental investigations, audits, and inquiries. Todd has represented clients before multiple federal and state agencies that regulate labor and employment in the United States, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC); the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP); and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Further, his extensive litigation and arbitration experience – including both jury and bench trials – allows him to provide effective insights when counseling clients. Todd also prides himself on developing litigation strategies that drive favorable settlements or summary dismissals.
