    Noah Zimmerman is the Business Development and Technical Service Manager for Probiotics at Arm & Hammer. Noah’s primary emphasis throughout his professional career has been on the ability of organisms, small molecules and metabolites to regulate health. His current work focuses on the interaction of diet and nutrition, and the intestinal microbiome. Noah received his MS and PhD from the University of Wisconsin; and joined the research faculty at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2011 with appointments in the Department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and The Cancer Center. While at the Medical College his research identified the role of polyphenols in modulating inflammation and disease progression in cancer. In 2013, he helped co-found Agro BioSciences Inc. where he was the Director of Research defining the ability of intestinal bacteria to be used in a targeted approach to biotransform dietary constituents into their functional metabolites. Within Church & Dwight, Noah’s work continues to focus on the nexus between our diet and the microbiome, to provide a targeted approach to address health issues.
