Mariama’s textured career has shaped her ability to ‘bridge head and heart,’ fostering healthy human dynamics within organizational infrastructures.

      Today, as President and CEO of Achieve More, LLC, a small women and minority owned consultancy, Mariama is transformative, transparent, team-oriented and solution-focused with her skills in facilitation, training, and consulting on behalf of over 500 diverse groups of professionals, students, faculty, and volunteers and for stakeholders of up to 100,000. An innovator of over 750 quality programs, products, and services to expand learning, and implementor of 10 strategic plans and 350 projects for future success

    • Shakti Harris

      Shakti joined Bayer in 2019 as Head, US Inclusion and Diversity. Prior to joining Bayer, Shakti was the global diversity and inclusion leader for the specialty products division of DowDuPont. In her eighteen years at DuPont, Shakti held roles in human resources, marketing, information technology, and business consulting in multiple business units.

    • Derek Gordon

      Derek Gordon is Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for Colgate-Palmolive Company, a $16.4 billion consumer products company serving people in more than 200 countries and territories.

      In this global role, Derek leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive, long-term and sustainable Diversity, Equity & InclusionStrategy. Derek provides leadership ensuring that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are embedded as an essential component of Colgate’s culture and business practices around the world.

    • Kolene Miller

      Kolene Miller serves as the Global Diversity Officer for Perrigo and is passionate about bringing people and process together in a creative way that respects diversity, drives equity, and promotes inclusivity. Prior to her current role, she served as an Organizational Development Consultant at Perrigo and as an Human Resources Director in the Japanese automotive industry for tier-one, Toyota spinoff, DENSO, where she led all functions of Human resources for DENSO’s North American Thermal division. Kolene sits on the Michigan Athena for Women board and Consumer Healthcare Products Association Diversity Council.
