  • Rick Crangle

    Rick Crangle is Principal at ProVoice, where he has served as lead for the company’s largest clients, including L’Oreal, Bayer and McNeil, for more than 10 years. His primary focus is on targeting and measuring HCP promotion for OTC brands. Throughout this career, Rick has served in roles that support both pharma and OTC brands, including leading sales operations and market research centers of excellence.

  • Tom Finn

    Tom Finn recently retired following a 36-year career at Procter & Gamble, all in the Health Care space. In his final P&G role, Tom served for 13 years as the global president of P&G’s multi-billion-dollar over-the-counter Personal Health Care business.

    Tom joined P&G in 1984 as a brand assistant in the company’s newly acquired prescription pharmaceuticals business and went on to serve in a wide range of marketing and general management assignments. His responsibilities included management of P&G’s blockbuster Rx brands, development of an upstream marketing and strategic planning department in the Pharma business, various customer-facing positions and the cultivation of more than 30 strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions.

    Tom is active in the broader health care delivery and transformation landscape in Ohio. He is a consultant for PatientPoint and is a board member for an emerging Biotech company based in Cincinnati. He serves as a Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, one of the top five children’s hospitals in the United States. In addition, he also serves on the committee working to bring a National Cancer Institute Center to Cincinnati. He was a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of TriHealth, Inc., and in 2012, was appointed by former Ohio Governor John Kasich to serve on his Health Care Payment Innovation Advisory Council.

  • Rhonda Hoffman

    Rhonda Hoffman is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Pharmavite, makers of dietary supplement brands Nature Made, MegaFood, Equelle and Uqora. She is a seasoned commercial leader with 20+ years of experience across consumer goods, pet care and healthcare businesses at companies such as Procter & Gamble, Abbott Laboratories, Cardinal Health and Elanco Animal Health. She has built iconic brands throughout her career including Iams, Eukanuba, Similac, Pedialyte and Nature Made.

  • Linda Ruschau

    Linda Ruschau is Chief Client Officer at PatientPoint, where she leads a national sales, marketing and client service team that helps brands impact healthcare consumers’ dialogue with physicians and drive engagement at the point of care. She brings over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical and OTC/CPG marketing, point-of-care expertise, client service leadership and business acumen to the role. As one of its first employees, Ruschau helped PatientPoint pioneer the concept of aperture marketing, developing products that continue to change healthcare consumer behaviors and outcomes in exam rooms, waiting rooms and clinical areas.
